We are promoting the development of a proactive culture and environment where everyone can thrive, by conducting human rights training and creating an environment that respects diversity, including foreigners, people with disabilities, and gender, thereby fostering a culture of proactive action.

We actively participate in community-based cleaning activities and implement an eco-cap recycling program. (After collecting the eco-caps, we use them for medical assistance in developing countries, environmental education for children, and support activities for people with disabilities.)

Every quarter, we share sustainable initiatives across the entire hotel group and examples of SDG implementation at each individual hotel, providing each employee with an opportunity to think about what they can do now for the future.
