1997 Graduate of Tsuji French Culinary College
1997 Joined Hotel Granvia Kyoto started working at the French restaurant "La Fleur".
2004 Joined ANA Shinagawa Hotel and worked as a chef de parti at "DINING," a restaurant affiliated with the two-Michelin-starred French restaurant L'Oasis.
2011 Returning to Hotel Granvia Kyoto after working in banquet kitchens, he is now working as a sous chef at the French restaurant "La Fleur".
2013 JR Hotel Group Cooking Competition - 3rd Place
2014 Appointed as chef of "Sky Lounge Southern Court"
2015 Semi-finalists for the 16th Maître Cuisinier de France "Jean Schillinger Cup"
2016 Appointed as head chef of Italian restaurant "Ristorante La Risata"
