What is a membership status system?
JR Hotel Membership has two status levels: "Regular" and "Gold".
Your status for the following year will be determined by the number of points you earn between April 1st and March 31st of the following year.
New statuses are updated annually on May 1st and are valid for one year (May 1st to April 30th of the following year).
*Depending on the points earned, you may return to "Regular" status the following year.

When you join, you can register your existing designated transportation IC card as your membership card.
For those who do not have a designated transportation IC card, we will issue a membership card at the hotel.
