JR-West Hotels, a member of the "JR Hotel Membership, implemented changes to its accommodation reservation system on January 12, 2023 (Thursday) with the aim of further improving convenience for our customers.
Due to this matter, the "JR Hotel Membership App," which had been partially suspended, has been restored as of 4:00 PM today, February 9th (Thursday).
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and trouble we have caused you over such a long period of time.
An update to JR Hotel Membership app is required for its relaunch. A message will appear when you launch the app, so please update it via the "App Store" or "Google Play".
