Matcha shaved ice

The shaved ice made with matcha from Marukyu Koyamaen, a long-established Kyoto company in Uji, which is a huge hit every year, is back again this year.
After enjoying the combination of the bitterness of matcha, mochi balls, red bean paste, and milk espuma, we've included a separate espresso-flavored sauce so you can "change the flavor."

Roasted green tea shaved ice

We've prepared shaved ice with syrup made from hojicha tea from Marukyu Koyamaen in Uji. Cookies are scattered on top of the milk espuma for a delightful crunchy texture. Enjoy it with the accompanying chocolate sauce for a change of flavor.
