Delivery is possible.
This page contains information regarding the delivery of large equipment, lighting, floor maps, and more.
For large-scale events such as banquets and exhibitions, a large-capacity lift is available for transport.
The banquet halls (excluding some venues) and back areas are directly connected by a back access route, allowing for smooth loading and unloading of setup equipment and display items.
*Reservations must be made with the hotel in advance.
Loading lift
For large-scale banquets, exhibitions, etc., you can use our large-capacity loading lift. It is connected to the banquet halls (with some exceptions) via a back access route, allowing for smooth loading and unloading of setup equipment and goods.
*Advance reservations with the hotel are required to use this service.

- ISDN lines, analog lines, and other types of lines can be installed (direct dialing numbers can be assigned to each internal telephone in the banquet hall).
