An overall view of the spacious event hall. On the front of the wood-grained wall, silhouettes of trees are projected onto most of the wall like shadow puppets. Several tables and chairs are arranged in the center of the room, and two decorated potted plants are placed in front of them.

This is an overall view of the spacious Conference Rooms. In the center of the room, numerous conference tables and chairs are neatly arranged in a single row. A large screen is set up at the back of the room, and a platform resembling a podium can be seen below it. The walls are wood-grained, and the ceiling is made up of multiple panels with built-in lighting.

The tables are covered with navy blue tablecloths, and the chairs feature wooden backs and seats. At the back of the room, a white screen is set up, displaying red patterns and text. The walls of the room have a wood-grain finish, and multiple lights are positioned above.

Numerous round tables are arranged from the front to the back, each illuminated with blue light, creating white patterns on their surfaces.

Our banquet hall boasts the largest area in the city, at 1,200 square meters, and is equipped with facilities to meet all your needs.
The venue can accommodate up to 1200 people for a Standing buffet style reception, 700 people for a seated event, and 1000 people for School style. The ceiling height inside the venue is 5.8m.
Crystal Stage (foyer) and anteroom offer even more spaciousness, with views of the Nidec Kyoto Tower.

5F Large banquet room Kokin

The event venue features a white curtain illuminated by blue lights, and a large bonsai plant is displayed in the center. The venue features round tables covered in black cloth and several wooden tables, decorated with colorful floral arrangements. In the back right, you can see a bar counter lined with alcoholic beverages.

The spacious banquet hall was filled with several round tables and chairs neatly arranged. Each table was set with white tableware and glasses, pink napkins, and adorned with a small floral arrangement. The walls of the hall were beige, and numerous chandeliers and downlights were installed on the ceiling.

The spacious banquet hall is illuminated by ornate chandeliers and numerous downlights. Several wooden doors line the beige walls, and the floor is covered with a carpet featuring an orange and beige geometric pattern.

A tranquil banquet hall inspired by the streets of Kyoto. Kokin can be divided into three sections.
A large screen and high-performance projector are permanently installed.
