With its barrier-free design, this hotel is perfect for families with children and elderly guests, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. Twin room, with their beds pushed together, are ideal for co-sleeping and are conveniently located near the elevator.
*Two out of six rooms are equipped with reclining beds.
*Bath aids (bath boards, non-slip mats) are also available for rent.
Universal room (Barrier-free access, 6 rooms total)
- We offer shuttle service between the JR Kyoto Station ticket gates and the hotel. Please inform us of your arrival time in advance. (Our staff will also provide transportation after CHECK OUT.)
- ESCALATOR from the Kyoto Station Building's north-south free passage to the M3 Hotel entrance will be operated exclusively for your use.
- We offer wheelchair rentals.
- Service dogs are allowed inside the hotel.
For customers with hearing impairments
- We offer fax machine rentals.
- We have installed System Five Communi. (It uses knock sensors and vibrations to convert sounds such as alarms into lights and vibrations to notify you.)
