Cases of mobile batteries overheating and catching fire have been reported both domestically and internationally. To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in your guest rooms as follows.

1) To avoid any unforeseen circumstances such as fire, please be sure to unplug the mobile battery from the power outlet when you leave your room for outings or other reasons.

2) When charging portable electronic devices from a mobile battery, or when charging a mobile battery using the power outlet in your room, please refrain from using it in the following locations:
- By a window that receives direct sunlight
- On top of flammable materials such as beds, sheets, and curtains

3) Please check the status while charging. To prevent any potential problems, please use the device in a location where you can always check its status yourself.

Please note that if the above situation is observed during room cleaning while you are staying, our staff may unplug the mobile battery from the outlet and move it for safety reasons.
