Wine trivia

When pairing wine with food, it's a good idea to choose regional dishes from the area where the grapes are grown or where the wine is produced.
Enjoy the feeling of traveling abroad, something difficult to do these days, by pairing wine with dishes representative of its region, right in the comfort of your own home.

"Bricco Qualia Moscato d'Asti"

With a relatively low alcohol content of 4.5%, it's recommended for those who don't drink much wine or are wine beginners.
It's sweet, but the balance with the acidity is exquisite.
The slight effervescence is pleasant, making this a refreshing, lightly sparkling wine perfect for hot days.

This is perfect as a snack!

I recommend enjoying this one as a dessert.
Chill it thoroughly in Refrigerator and enjoy it after a meal or after a bath with some fresh strawberries (the last of the season) or vanilla ice cream.

"Duc de Montagne Rosé"

Made using almost the same process as regular sparkling wine, this non-alcoholic sparkling wine achieves a remarkably refined taste, thanks to a unique de-alcoholization process that minimizes the addition of flavorings and juices, making it hard to believe it's non-alcoholic.
This product is safe for those who plan to drive, as well as pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.

This is perfect as a snack!

Just like with regular rosé pasta, it pairs perfectly with tomato-based pasta dishes that use plenty of seasonal tomatoes.

"Le Haut-Médoc de Giscours"

This wine features a high proportion of Merlot, a red wine grape variety from the Bordeaux region of France, resulting in a well-balanced blend of fruitiness and tannins.
This wine is made by the winemaking team of Château Giscours, a 3rd Growth in the prestigious Médoc classification system of France, which has been in place since 1855. They use grapes harvested from vineyards in the Haut-Médoc region adjacent to the village of Margaux and employ the same winemaking methods.

This is perfect as a snack!

An aroma that combines elegant splendor with a friendly, approachable quality.
For wines with a strong sweetness and deep richness, a good pairing would be braised pork belly or hamburgers in home cooking, or dark chocolate as a casual snack.
You can enjoy it for a long time, from the main course to dessert.
