A special dessert that perfectly complements tea.
This tea seminar allows you to deepen your knowledge of tea from various perspectives.
It all begins with a welcome tea prepared by Fukushima, the tea master of Lobby Lounge "Grand Jour."
"We will be serving Ronnefeldt's blended and specialty teas that can only be tasted at this seminar. We will offer several varieties for tasting so that you can experience the differences in flavor, and we are striving to make our offerings interesting even for first-time participants."
After the seminar, you can enjoy a special French-Italian lunch featuring seasonal ingredients, prepared by Chef Matsumori of "Cotoshiere".
The dessert served after the meal is especially special.
Each time, Chef Matsumori, the pastry chef, and Tea Master Fukushima discuss and prepare seminar-exclusive sweets that pair perfectly with tea, tailored to the theme of the event.
"Ms. Fukushima is always so enthusiastic about conveying the image and appeal of tea, so my pastry chef and I are creating dishes that live up to her expectations," says Chef Matsumori.
Sometimes I make desserts using the tea I use in my seminars, and other times I analyze the aroma of the tea and use fruits or herbs with similar scents.
"We want to create something that adds a surprise element, such as finishing the cakes at the customer's table," says Tea Master Fukushima, who consistently exceeds expectations with large tea cakes and tea cream puffs! They are very popular with customers.
The seminar, in which participants inspire each other as it progresses, features original themes created by Tea Master Fukushima.
The topics covered are diverse, ranging from cultural aspects such as "Movies and Tea" and "Books and Tea," to pairings with sweets like "Chocolate and Tea," and hands-on learning activities such as "Let's Make Our Own Original Tea."
"In my seminars, I strive to share insights based on my own experience. I want to create seminars that enrich daily life by incorporating tea into our lives, covering topics such as how to enjoy tea with meals, recommended teas for relaxation, and caffeine-free brewing methods suitable for drinking before bed."
The fact that each theme is self-contained makes it easy to participate, which is another attractive feature.
First-time participants are welcome.
