Regarding JR-West Hotels Gift Tickets, in light of the fact that opportunities to use them were limited for an extended period due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will extend the validity period as follows.
　
　
1. Target
 
JR-West Hotels Gift Certificates (1,000 yen, 5,000 yen)
 
Tickets that have been previously announced as eligible
Issued between July 1, 2017 and June 30, 2018.
 
• Tickets that are newly included in this program
Issued between July 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019.
 
*There are no plans to extend the validity period of gift tickets issued on or after July 1, 2019.
　
2. Actions taken
 
While the usual validity period is 5 years, the validity period for eligible gift tickets will be extended by 1 year, making it 6 years from the date of issue.

(Example) In the case of a gift ticket issued on October 1, 2018
Originally set to expire on September 30, 2023, it can be used until September 30, 2024, one year later.

We regret to inform you that we have decided to discontinue sales of the "3 Hotel Gift Ticket."
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this may cause our customers, and we appreciate your understanding.

You can use it within the usual six-month validity period, so please rest assured.
