Kagaya x Hotel Granvia Kyoto GASTRONOMY DINNER
~ A feast of history, cuisine, and art ~
We invited Chef Uko, head chef of Wakura Onsen Kagaya, to host a culinary collaboration with Chef Kashiwagi, head chef Hotel Granvia Kyoto.
The sake and wine paired with your meal will be served in the ideal glass from the extensive collection of RIEDEL, a prestigious brand of wine glasses.
Please enjoy our collaborative dishes, which use ingredients from Ishikawa and Kyoto prefectures and incorporate both Japanese and Western culinary techniques.
