This year, we're introducing a new hojicha (roasted green tea) shaved ice!
Our shaved ice, made with hojicha and matcha syrups from Marukyu Koyamaen in Uji, can be enjoyed in combination with milk espuma, and we also provide a separate sauce to change the flavor.
