From Chef Miyamoto
"It goes well not only with beef, but also with chicken and pork. Please give it a try!"

Le Temps' roast beef is a testament to the chef's dedication and attention to detail.
Even though it's thoroughly cooked, when you cut it it reveals a beautiful rosé color—the secret lies in the exquisite cooking technique!
Because it's a simple dish, it requires expert skill to judge the quality of the meat and determine the perfect balance of salt and cooking temperature.

(A) ·onion 1/4 piece
  ·apple 1/4 piece

(B) Garlic paste Approximately 1cm
  Dark soy sauce 100ml

  ·sweet sake 120ml
  ·sugar
(Adjust sweetness to your liking)

(1) Peel the skin off the ingredients in (A) and grate them.
It's also OK to put it in a blender.
(2) Put the ingredients from (B) and (1) into a pot and heat it.
Once it starts to simmer, add the cornstarch mixture to thicken it slightly.
(3) Once it has cooled down, put it in Refrigerator. Chill it and it's ready!

*Mix well before use.
*We also recommend serving it with "wasabi mayonnaise," which is made by mixing tube wasabi and mayonnaise in a 1:1 ratio.
